Utilising multiple cloud platforms offers Australian organisations a compelling set of benefits, writes ManageEngine product consultant Monisha Ravi.

Among other announcements, Era 2.0 extends the Nutanix database management solution across clouds and clusters to simplify operations.

Micro Focus has introduced Hybrid Cloud Management X, designed to simplify the delivery of multi-cloud services. The offering is a cloud-native, multi-tenant management platform that can run in the public cloud or on-premises.

Enables Genesys Engage customers to select private or public cloud, on-premises or hybrid deployments with Genesys Cloud or third-party providers.

Customers of the companies can now leverage firewall and SD-WAN capabilities, web security, browser isolation, multi-cloud workload protection, and more.

In this interview, Techday speaks to Radware vice president of technologies Yaniv Hoffman, who discusses the trend towards organisations deploying applications in multi-cloud environments.

FireEye has announced the availability of FireEye Cloudvisory - a control centre for cloud security management across any private, public or hybrid security environment.

With a US$30 million funding raise under its belt, cloud-native company Alkira has emerged from ‘stealth mode’ to unveil its first multi-cloud offering to customers.
