Pax8 appoints Marianne Wolf as Chief Compliance Officer

Pax8 has appointed Marianne Wolf as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.

In her new role, Marianne Wolf will oversee Pax8's global ethics and compliance programme, which involves leading cross-functional teams to manage the company's compliance and risk profile.

She will report directly to Carrie Schiff, Chief Legal Officer at Pax8.

Ms Wolf brings over 30 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within multinational, publicly traded companies.

Her areas of expertise encompass compliance and investigations, litigation and disputes, labour and employment, as well as regulatory and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Pax8, she held the position of Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at technology companies Splunk and Flex.
