Enveil & F8F partner to secure global spatial insights

Today

Enveil and Figure Eight Federal have announced a partnership to securely integrate encrypted search capabilities with global geospatial data.

The partnership involves a product integration that will allow customers to leverage the encrypted search capabilities of Enveil while querying Figure Eight Federal's (F8F) Global Location Data Feed. This integration aims to deliver secure and rapid global spatial insights across a vast collection of anonymised mobile location data.

This collaboration is expected to accelerate intelligence extraction and utilisation for various use cases, including threat pattern analysis and movement trajectory. It will eliminate the need for data transfer to trusted networks, enabling even smaller, resource-limited teams to utilise expanded data holdings securely.

Tim Klawa, Head of Product at F8F, said, "This partnership with Enveil will greatly reduce the cost to agencies and enable analysts to gain unmatched situational awareness through our data without having to push petabits of data from the commercial data store to each and every client environment." He further added, "The integration unlocks the ability of analysts to search data across security domains without revealing the details of what is being searched."

The partnership also aims to ensure organisations can broaden the use of intelligence-rich data assets without compromising mission integrity. F8F's HYDRA AI Analytics Studio, which is part of the partnership, is described as offering the most comprehensive high-quality mobile location data, spanning over 200 countries and monitoring over 500 billion discrete events monthly.

Steve Cameron, Chief of Customer Success at Enveil, highlighted the importance of secure and private data extraction, stating, "Data is only as valuable as the insights that can be securely and privately extracted from it, especially when the stakes are at their highest. This is the reality that national security organizations operate under every day, and we are proud to partner with Figure Eight Federal to ensure its rich, global data holdings can be securely and efficiently leveraged at scale - without the need to lift-and-shift data."

The enhanced integration brought by this partnership is expected to widen the scope of global data holdings available for mission-sensitive applications. This provides customers with the confidence needed to make data-driven, real-time decisions in today's complex global operating environment.

Both companies have expressed a commitment to secure data integration, highlighting that the joint capabilities will enhance mission planning, and mobility demand modelling, accelerating the utility of intelligence data without traditional data movement requirements.
