She most recently held the position of General Manager of Israel and SVP of technical customer experience at Cybereason. Her experience also spans over 20 years at Check Point Software Technologies, where she resided in various leadership roles across customer success and sales operations. During her tenure at Check Point, she was responsible for overseeing global customer and partner support operations and services. Among her achievements include the launch of industry-standard support concepts and programs, and directing the development of service methodologies and rollout.
