Claroty appoints industry veteran as first Chief Customer Officer

Claroty, the cyber-physical systems protection company, recently made a pivotal addition to its executive team, announcing the appointment of industry veteran Shira Bar Yosef (Weizman) as the firm's first-ever Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Bar Yosef, whose robust 20-plus year career in customer support, professional services, research and development, and sales operations at top cybersecurity firms, will be tasked with enhancing and enriching all aspects of the customer experience and journey.

The newly appointed CCO is expected to bolster Claroty’s customer relationships, linking them inherently with the company's strategies and business plan. Bar Yosef's key focus will be to strengthen the communication between the customers and the company’s product lineup, ensuring a mutual strategic roadmap.

Bar Yosef embraces an impressive CV that speaks of her capabilities in her new role. She most recently held the position of General Manager of Israel and SVP of technical customer experience at Cybereason. Her experience also spans over 20 years at Check Point Software Technologies, where she resided in various leadership roles across customer success and sales operations. During her tenure at Check Point, she was responsible for overseeing global customer and partner support operations and services. Among her achievements include the launch of industry-standard support concepts and programs, and directing the development of service methodologies and rollout.
