Access4 has launched Ai Amplify, its own AI voice assistant designed specifically for the channel and delivered through its SASBOSS platform.
Ai Amplify features
The Ai Amplify program introduces several automated voice communication features intended to improve how businesses interact with their customers and manage incoming calls.
Among the announced features are a virtual receptionist operating 24/7, instant response and multi-call handling to address high call volumes, smart routing based on real-time context on Access4 infrastructure, as well as automated tasks and SMS follow-ups to maintain customer engagement after calls.
The system is also deployed and managed through the SASBOSS platform without requiring upfront capital expenditure.
Integration and infrastructure
According to Access4, the AI voice assistant has been self-developed and is fully integrated within the company's existing platform to suit the needs of its channel partners and their customers. The company's local, high-availability network infrastructure underpins the service, promising low latency, security, and reliability for users.
Partner-focused strategy
Brad Milne, Chief Operations Officer at Access4, commented on the company's approach with the Ai suite and its expected impact for channel partners.
"This is not just another AI voice tool. Our Ai roadmap represents a strategic leap in our commitment to enabling partner-led innovation," said Brad Milne, Chief Operations Officer at Access4. "Unlike generic solutions, we've built our Ai product suite from the ground up to seamlessly integrate into our platform and the daily operations of our partners' customers."
The Ai roadmap is currently available to select partners through an exclusive beta program.
Early feedback, as noted by Access4, indicates considerable gains in operational efficiency and improved customer experience during pilot testing phases. The platform's automation aims to support businesses in managing calls more effectively, even outside standard business hours.
Next steps
Access4 has stated that the commercial release of its Ai roadmap will include live demonstrations, partner beta feedback, and details on its commercial models.
The company has signalled that all channel partners should prepare to utilise the new suite to enhance their voice communications services with AI capabilities.
The launch of Ai Amplify is part of Access4's broader offering, which centres on cloud-based unified communications, contact centre, and user experience solutions for partners, managed through its SASBOSS platform. The introduction of a dedicated AI component through Ai Amplify expands the existing capacity for automation and customer engagement within these solutions.
