TechForce Services has joined Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, giving Anthropic a consulting partner in Australia.

The partnership formalises TechForce's role in helping companies move Claude projects from early trials into operational use. That work centres on system integration, data governance, and approval from security and compliance teams.

Anthropic launched the partner network with an initial USD $100 million commitment. The programme targets consulting and implementation firms that build production deployments around the Claude family of artificial intelligence models.

Under the arrangement, customers still buy Claude directly from Anthropic or through cloud providers including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. TechForce is paid for consulting and implementation work rather than for selling access to the model itself.

For Australian businesses, adding TechForce provides a local services firm to support deployments that often stall after successful demonstrations. The company is based in Sydney and also has offices in Melbourne, Canberra, and Adelaide.

Five areas

Under the partnership, TechForce will focus on five areas that reflect how corporate technology teams assess artificial intelligence projects.

The first is agentic workflows and task automation. In practice, that means connecting Claude to business systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow so the model can read a case, retrieve a related record, and draft a proposed next action for a person to approve.

The second is document and knowledge intelligence. This includes using Claude to work through contracts, claims files, policy manuals, and compliance reports while keeping answers linked to source material.

A third area covers software engineering support through Claude Code. This could include first-pass test writing, pull request review, and analysis of legacy systems ahead of migration work, alongside TechForce's existing Java, Python, Node.js, and Salesforce development teams.

Another focus is customer-facing and employee-facing assistants for support portals, internal help desks, and reporting tools. These projects involve setting the assistant's tone, escalation rules, and limits on what it may promise a customer during the scoping stage.

The fifth area is governance, which TechForce expects many buyers to raise first. That includes data classification reviews before sensitive information enters a live workflow, access controls aligned with existing identity structures, and audit trails showing what the system did and why.

Vamsi Krishna Gosu, Founder and Director, TechForce Services, said enterprise customers are moving beyond simple demonstrations.

"Enterprise IT teams have generally already seen a Claude or ChatGPT demo that worked well," Gosu said.

"The question we get asked isn't whether the model is capable, it's who is accountable for what it does once it's touching real customer data and real systems of record. Anthropic keeps customer data out of model training by default under its commercial terms, which helps, but a client still needs their own classification and access-control work done before anything sensitive goes live. That's the part of the project that decides whether it actually ships, and it's where most of our time on a Claude engagement goes."

Assessment model

Each engagement starts with a short vendor-neutral assessment of whether Claude suits the client's problem and where it does not. TechForce presents that approach as distinct from offering a pre-defined artificial intelligence package.

The partnership also sits alongside TechForce's existing Salesforce artificial intelligence work, leaving the consultancy with two separate implementation practices: one built around Salesforce's own tools and another around Claude.

That structure may matter for buyers that do not want to tie an artificial intelligence project to a single supplier's product direction. It also reflects a broader market pattern, with large organisations testing multiple model providers while trying to fit them into established security, compliance, and procurement processes.

TechForce has operated for more than a decade and works across sectors including education, financial services, the public sector, healthcare, and media. It holds ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications and is an approved supplier to the New South Wales Government.

The announcement also underlines Anthropic's efforts to build a services ecosystem around Claude in markets outside the United States. Rather than relying solely on direct sales or cloud marketplace distribution, Anthropic is using implementation partners to handle the practical work that often determines whether an artificial intelligence tool reaches production inside large organisations.
