NexLaw launches AI platform to revolutionise Aussie law

Yesterday

NexLaw has officially launched its legal AI platform in Australia, aiming to transform the way law firms manage litigation.

NexLaw, an internationally known legal technology company founded in Sydney, unveiled its AI-driven platform, designed to support legal professionals from the early stages of research to the completion of post-trial submissions.

The platform's principal offering, NeXa, is tailored to significantly enhance efficiency by condensing tasks such as extensive legal research and case file analysis into a matter of minutes, whereas traditionally, these could take several hours.

In addition to NeXa, NexLaw introduces the AI Trial Co-Pilot, which facilitates secure uploads of case files for jurisdictional analysis. This tool also offers advanced analytics and predictive reports, producing a comprehensive brief ready for courtroom presentation.

NexLaw's capabilities have been recognised through a strategic partnership with NVIDIA, a global entity in AI technology, as part of its Inception program aimed at fostering innovative startups.

The company is actively expanding its presence in Australia, currently seeking USD $5 million in capital to further develop its technological offerings for the legal sector.

Francis Lui, Founder and Chief Executive of NexLaw, commented, "We are thrilled to bring NexLaw's transformative technology to Australia's Legal market. With our NeXa platform and AI Trial Co-Pilot, we are on a mission to help law firms streamline their entire litigation process, allowing them to focus on what truly matters - delivering value to their clients and winning cases."

Courtney Blackman, Head of Partnerships and Director of the LawTech Hub and AI Clinics at Lander & Rogers, shared insights from a recent collaboration: "NexLaw is transforming courtroom preparation for law firms and lawyers. At our recent session at Sydney's South by Southwest, we partnered with NexLaw to showcase our dedication to collaborating with legal tech startups whilst maintaining our status as Australia's leading innovation-focused law firm. The experimental trial highlighted the notable capabilities of NexLaw's technology."

NexLaw is a pioneering provider of advanced AI technology for the legal industry. The company's innovative solutions empower law firms to enhance their practices, improve client outcomes, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving legal landscape.
