Duco has joined the ServiceNow Partner Program and appointed a new Sales Manager and Head of ServiceNow Solutions.

The Adelaide-headquartered IT solutions provider has now achieved status as a Registered ServiceNow Service Provider Partner, a step that the company believes will enable it to offer enhanced digital transformation services to clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Alongside this partnership, Duco has named Sean Sounes as Sales Manager and Head of ServiceNow Solutions. Sounes brings over 24 years of experience in IT sales, business development, and strategic leadership, having held positions at companies that include TechnologyOne, Oracle, Data#3, and Softcat. His industry knowledge covers sectors such as government, utilities, manufacturing, and enterprise IT.

Leadership changes

Duco's Chief Executive Officer and founder, Jason Clark, welcomed Sounes to the leadership team, noting his expertise and history of performance in relevant fields. Clark commented, "Sean's proven track record in driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and aligning strategic goals with customer needs makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our ServiceNow offering and deliver innovative solutions to our clients."

Sounes will lead Duco's ServiceNow practice, working with both new and existing clients to implement digital services that focus on automation, workflow optimisation, and improved customer service solutions.

Expanding capabilities

The ServiceNow partnership provides Duco with the resources and official endorsement to expand its offerings in the realm of scalable, cloud-based IT services. The company sees the partnership as an advantage for Australian businesses seeking to gain efficiencies and enhance security within their IT environments.

"Achieving this official partnership with ServiceNow is a huge milestone for Duco and a game-changer for Australian businesses and consumers," said Jason Clark, "ServiceNow offers the AI-enabled tools and technology to drive business transformation, and our team is thrilled to bring this capability to our clients, enhancing their IT infrastructure while focusing on security, reliability, and growth."

Clients making use of Duco's ServiceNow services include organisations in government, utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and retail.

According to Bradley Cooper, Productivity & Collaboration Platforms Manager at SA Power Networks, Duco has played a valuable role in their ServiceNow journey.

"Duco has been an exceptional partner in strengthening our ServiceNow capabilities. Their guidance helped us align our ServiceNow implementation with business goals, enhance governance across our project portfolios, and lay a solid foundation for ongoing innovation," said Bradley Cooper.
