Net at Work integrates Sectigo certificates for NoSpamProxy users
Net at Work has announced a new strategic partnership and integration with Sectigo, a prominent certificate provider. This development will see Net at Work's NoSpamProxy customers gain access to Sectigo certificates for email encryption through an automated and streamlined process embedded in NoSpamProxy's central certificate management system. This integration aims to relieve IT administrators from the burden of managing email encryption certificates manually, allowing them to focus on other critical tasks.
NoSpamProxy, the world's first email security software solution certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), enjoys a robust reputation. Over 4,000 blue-chip enterprises globally use the suite. The integration with Sectigo will further enhance NoSpamProxy's credentials in the field of email security.
Sectigo, a significant player in the digital certificate landscape with over one billion certificates issued and a customer base exceeding 700,000, offers a comprehensive range of security certificates. These include S-MIME certificates for secure email encryption, SSL certificates, certificates for code or document signing, eIDAS certificates, and certificates from private PKIs. Customers will now be able to manage these certificates seamlessly within NoSpamProxy's environment, thanks to Sectigo's robust lifecycle management solution.
Ottavio Camponeschi, VP of Sales EMEA at Sectigo, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: "With its widely used product NoSpamProxy, Net at Work is an exciting partner for us. We are impressed by how NoSpamProxy not only regularly excels in rankings for performance and user-friendliness but was also the first mail security software to meet the high hurdles of BSZ certification from the BSI."
This integration is particularly noteworthy for users associated with the Deutsches Forschungsnetz (DFN), Germany's research network. Following the DFN Organisation's shift from its internal PKI solution "Global" to a Sectigo-based service named TCS, numerous research institutions, universities, and university hospitals are transitioning to Sectigo for their certificate needs. NoSpamProxy's support for the old and new certificate services ensures a smooth transition for these users.
Many organisations in science and research, known for their stringent security requirements, have long trusted NoSpamProxy. The German Federal Office for Information Security's unique certification has further bolstered NoSpamProxy's standing.
Stefan Cink, Director of Business and Professional Services and email security expert at Net at Work, commented on the development: "With the connection of Sectigo to our automatic certificate management in NoSpamProxy, we not only offer our customers easy access to the certificates of this renowned manufacturer. Switching to a new CA is also particularly easy with NoSpamProxy."
The integration with Sectigo is now available with version 15.1 of NoSpamProxy, both in its on-premises version. This addition represents the latest in Net at Work's efforts to streamline certificate management and enhance email security for its users.
NoSpamProxy offered both as a software product and as a cloud service, continues to garner positive reviews for its effectiveness in anti-spam, anti-malware, and email encryption. Its multi-award-winning credentials, including being a seven-time champion in the independent techconsult Professional User Ranking and regularly achieving high scores in the VBSpam+ ranking, speak to its efficacy and user satisfaction.
