Hexaware has acquired CyberSolve, a global company specialising in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The combined organisation aims to help enterprises modernise identity systems, automate controls through artificial intelligence, and enhance security across complex technology environments.

Strategic focus

Hexaware's purchase of CyberSolve broadens its portfolio in cybersecurity and resilience operations, adding to its existing consulting and engineering services. CyberSolve brings experience from over 650 client implementations across industries such as retail, healthcare, finance, automotive, logistics, government, and technology. Its team of more than 230 specialists has partnered with over 20 IAM technology providers, supporting large identity programmes globally.

AI integration

The merger enables the companies to combine CyberSolve's expertise in identity management with Hexaware's global delivery and operations capabilities. Together, they plan to use artificial intelligence to automate security controls and streamline identity governance for their clients. The focus is on supporting large enterprises with fast onboarding, platform migrations, and continuous compliance across diverse technology platforms.

"Cybersecurity has moved from an IT concern to a business imperative, and chief information officers tell us that getting identity right is at the top of the agenda. By bringing CyberSolve into Hexaware, we combine their craftsmanship in identity programs with our platform-led delivery and global operations. Clients will see faster value, stronger controls, and a clearer path to secure digital growth," said Siddharth Dhar, President & Global Head - Digital IT Operations & AI, Hexaware.

Client perspectives

Organisations are facing increasing demands for robust digital identity frameworks to underpin transformation projects, data protection, and workforce productivity. The move is set to provide an integrated approach to identity capability, reducing risks associated with disparate systems and processes.
