Delinea announces 400 new features for its Privileged Access Management platform
Fri, 15th Dec 2023

Delinea, a vendor of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, has just crossed 400 different integrations, tools, applications and downloads to the marketplace on the Delinea Platform since March 2023. The cloud-native architecture at the core of Delinea's platform has enabled this rapid expansion. The newly added features span a variety of integrations with IT and security solutions, including acclaimed Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Identity Governance (IAM/IGA), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Disaster Response (EDR, EPP) software.

A study by Gartner showed that the ability to integrate with existing software ranks as the third most crucial consideration for software purchasers. In most organisations, several systems are used by cybersecurity teams, cloud architects, and IT operations to monitor, manage, and protect their operations. Often, these systems, created by different vendors, are not interconnected, leading to data fragmentation and process breakdowns without manual intervention. This situation leaves organisations vulnerable to cyber-attacks and results in time-consuming manual replications of tasks between systems, increasing error and exposure to risk.

All integrations, tools, and applications within the Delinea Platform can be speedily developed and validated due to Delinea's modern engineering design, efficient processes, and adaptable APIs. The marketplace, which is available on the Delinea Platform, offers a consistently expanding one-stop shop for IT and security integrations. This development enables customers to merge PAM into their existing workflows, improving visibility and uncovering misconfigurations or irregular activities across the attack surface. Additionally, customisable solutions for automating business processes are available, thereby facilitating the adoption of security best practices by IT and business users without jeopardising security.

Phil Calvin, Chief Product Officer at Delinea, emphasised the significance of choice, freedom, and flexibility for their clients. "By providing easy access to a wide range of validated integrations, we're giving our customers the ability to create an ecosystem that works for their organisation and allows them to extend PAM at their own pace."

All integrations within the marketplace are rigorously validated and tested by Delinea, and comprehensive information, along with documentation and support services, is provided. The ready-to-configure integrations are frequently reviewed to ensure users always have access to the most recent versions.

The Delinea platform's marketplace currently includes more than 130 unique vetted ISV integrations, over 70 in-built password changers along with customisable options, 50+ in-built secret templates with customisation options, a dozen ITSM integrations, numerous identity integrations with SSO, SAML, and MFA options, in addition to over 15 SIEM integrations. It also offers a range of migration tools, launchers, PowerShell scripts, and connectors. The marketplace dynamically adapts to customer needs by constantly adding new integrations.
