Check Point Software Technologies has been named a Leader in the latest Frost & Sullivan Email Security Radar report. The recognition focuses on the company's Harmony Email & Collaboration technology, which integrates advanced artificial intelligence (AI) with user-centric design to provide robust email protection for organisations.

Email security remains a significant concern for organisations of all sizes. According to Check Point's 2024 Security Report, email is responsible for 88% of all malicious file distributions. This underscores the importance of adopting comprehensive email security strategies to protect sensitive data and employees from cyber threats.

Frost & Sullivan highlighted the advanced threat intelligence capabilities of Check Point's ThreatCloud AI, which employs 50 AI-based engines. "In contrast to numerous competitors, Check Point has validated its AI prowess through impressive statistics that highlight its cutting-edge technology for enhancing email security, ensuring that customers receive the most advanced protection possible," said Sarah Pavlak, Industry Principal Cybersecurity at Frost & Sullivan.

Harmony Email & Collaboration offers a complete range of features essential for email security. These include Unified Quarantine, DMARC Monitoring, Archiving capabilities, and Smart Banners. The technology is part of the Check Point Infinity Platform, which provides comprehensive enterprise-grade security across various touchpoints such as data centres, networks, and cloud environments.

Gil Friedrich, VP of Email Security at Check Point Software, commented on the recognition. "In the past three years, Harmony Email & Collaboration's customer base has expanded eightfold, demonstrating both the urgent need for advanced email security and the strength of our offering. We are committed to continuous innovation to serve our customers and are proud to receive yet another analyst award recognizing our efforts to deliver advanced email security solutions."

The Check Point Infinity Platform, of which Harmony Email Collaboration is a part, achieved notable performance in Miercom's latest security benchmark. The platform recorded a 100% phishing prevention rate and a 99.8% new malware block rate, underscoring its effectiveness in mitigating email-borne threats.

Frost & Sullivan also lauded Check Point's robust research and development (R&D) efforts and extensive threat research team. These factors provide customers with cutting-edge insights, enriching ThreatCloud AI and aiding continuous product development.

The recognition from Frost & Sullivan adds to a series of accolades for Check Point. The company continues to leverage AI to enhance cyber security efficiency and accuracy. Through the Infinity Platform, which encompasses technologies like Check Point Harmony for workspace security and Check Point Quantum for network security, Check Point is well-positioned to address the evolving threat landscape.
