Check Point Infinity named top AI cyber security platform
Check Point Software Technologies has announced that its Infinity Platform has been named the top-ranked AI-powered cyber security platform in the 2025 Miercom Assessment.
The results from the Miercom Assessment indicate that Check Point's Infinity Platform leads in several critical security categories, outperforming competitors in areas such as security efficacy, Zero Trust implementation, and overall ease of use.
"We are thrilled to be recognised by Miercom as the #1 AI-powered cyber security platform," said Nataly Kremer, Chief Product Officer at Check Point Software. "As enterprises deal with complexity, having a tightly integrated, AI-powered platform with unified management serves as the easy button. We believe the hybrid mesh architecture with the Infinity platform, will help organisations globally stay ahead of the most sophisticated threats."
The assessment by Miercom comes at a pertinent time, as the 2025 Check Point Security Report highlighted a 45% increase in cyber-attacks, emphasising the necessity for enhanced cyber defence systems to protect the expanding digital attack surfaces that organisations face today.
Miercom's extensive evaluation covered ten pivotal domains within AI-powered cyber security, including threat analysis, Zero Trust enforcement, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) capabilities, email security, and mobile threat defence.
"The Check Point Infinity platform demonstrated superior security efficacy, consistently outperforming its peers in the test category of comprehensive threat prevention and response, as well as excelling in the AI-powered testing scenarios," said Rob Smithers, CEO at Miercom. "Its AI-driven architecture, hybrid mesh deployment model, and unified security operations prove that Check Point is setting the pace for next-generation cyber security."
Key findings from the Miercom 2025 Assessment highlighted Check Point Infinity's prowess in security efficacy, noting its lead over competitors in comprehensive threat prevention and response. The platform was also praised for its user interface, which enhances management and decision-making for administrators, thus improving overall ease of use.
In terms of Zero Trust implementation, Check Point was noted for exceeding its rivals in executing common tasks associated with this security approach, making it well-suited for modern IT environments challenged by persistent and evolving threats.
This accolade follows Check Point's recent success in Miercom's 2025 Enterprise and Hybrid Mesh Firewall Security Report, which acknowledged the company's capability to provide robust protection against new cyberattacks, boasting a block rate of 99.9% on new malware.
