archTIS subsidiary Nucleus Cyber has successfully renewed an annual software subscription license contract with the Australian Department of Defence.
archTIS completed the acquisition of Nucleus Cyber in December 2020. The renewal of this subscription license comes as an endorsement of the shared products and sales team capabilities of the merged businesses, the company states.
In addition, the renewal is due to the NC Protect product and its Attribute-based access controls (ABAC) security model with the Microsoft software stack for the Australian Department of Defence, according to a statement.
The NC Protect solution leverages existing technology investments to provide a solution to tailor information protection for file sharing, messaging and chat across an organisations collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office 365SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and Yammer, Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares.
The annual contract value for the NC Protect subscription renewal is $148,866.
Following the renewal, the group's recurring annual subscription revenue from the Australian Department of Defence is now $950,000.
This is archTIS's second software license contract with the Department of Defence this financial year.
It follows the company's $4.2 million contract win in September, established to to lead risk reduction activities relating to cross-domain classified information sharing.
This contract included $750,000 annual licenses for Kojensi (the archTIS secure information sharing platform for classified information).
