Ashley Puls promoted to Chief Architect at New Relic

New Relic has announced the promotion of Ashley Puls to Chief Architect, where she will be responsible for the reliability and architecture of the New Relic Intelligent Observability Platform.

Puls possesses over 15 years of engineering experience, having served recently as Group Vice President of Engineering at New Relic, and has been integral in improving the company's reliability by over 50 percent. Her career at New Relic spans 12 years in various roles, including software engineer, staff engineer, architect, and senior director. Before joining New Relic, she worked as a software engineer at Raytheon. Puls is an alumnus of Haverford, holding a B.S. in Mathematics, and the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Masters in Computer and Information Technology.

The platform's innovations feature the New Relic AI integration with GitHub Copilot, which dynamically detects and addresses issues arising from code changes.

In addition, New Relic has collaborated with NVIDIA to provide New Relic AI monitoring for applications built with NVIDIA NIM. The company has also introduced the first integrated, AI-enhanced digital experience monitoring (DEM) solution and New Relic Pathpoint Plus, aimed at empowering businesses to enhance digital application performance and reliability at scale.
