Skillsoft launches compliance suite for targeted risk training

Skillsoft has introduced the Skillsoft Compliance Suite, a new addition to its compliance training solution aimed at transforming how organisations develop skills to identify and mitigate business risk.

Research indicates that only 37% of leaders are content with their businesses' skill development in mitigating risk. This integration includes customisable compliance training courses, multi-language course assignments, and Learning Management System (LMS) connectors to streamline administrative management and the development of a skilled, global workforce.

Risk Dashboards & Analytics: Enhanced program dashboards allow administrators to monitor the progress and effectiveness of compliance assignments. Future risk dashboards will enable customers to pinpoint and prioritise top risks within their organisations by leveraging learner data such as skill assessment scores, engagement levels, and course completion times.

Emerging Risks & Laws: The expanded curriculum covers critical emerging topics such as the EU AI Act and Canada Law 25. This equips organisations with the necessary knowledge to navigate complex compliance landscapes effectively.

AI-Powered Learning: Skillsoft’s AI-powered coach, CAISY, provides an interactive experience for learners to practice real-world compliance situations, including protecting personally identifiable information (PII), delivering respectful communication, and identifying bribes.
