Ping Identity revitalises partner programme for growth

Ping Identity has announced its redesigned Nexus Partner Program which includes updated offerings and opportunities for partners.

The program aims to reward and recognise partners for their understanding of Ping's solutions, enabling them to achieve customer satisfaction through expertise and experience.

"Our revamped program will enable us to fully embrace the dynamic needs of all partners, allowing them to continue delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. The redesigned program involves three specific pathways designed for different types of partners, including resellers, GSIs, RSIs, service providers, and technology partners. This is expected to add clarity, flexibility, and value for partners.

The Sales Endorsed Pathway focuses on partners who resell Ping licenses, offering sales support and resources to promote growth. The Delivery Approved Pathway targets select system integrators and service providers deploying Ping solutions, facilitating expert implementation and integration. Finally, the Technology Innovation Pathway caters to technology partners developing integrated solutions to enhance meeting customer business objectives.

Durand noted the introduction of additional investments targeted at partner success, including a Knowledge Framework Tool for accessing technical training, a Partner Delivery Readiness framework for quality deployments, and an updated partner portal for enhanced user experiences.

Ping Identity is also introducing its Partner Advisory Board, intended to foster stronger collaboration and mutual benefit by aligning partners and Ping leaders on strategies, innovation, and marketing solutions.

Durand added: "Through the Ping Partner Advisory Board that will launch soon, our partnerships will continue to remain strong, our solutions will stay ahead of industry needs, and our collective growth will accelerate at a fast pace."
