Malwarebytes has signed on with Australian tech distributor DNA Connect to support Malwarebytes' continuing expansion into the Australian market.
Malwarebytes has been operating in Australia in 2016. The company also works with two other distributors in the A/NZ market: Soft Solutions in New Zealand, and Cloud Distribution across Asia Pacific.
The latest agreement with DNA Connect will expand the company’s footprint in the region while working with partners, resellers and customers to improve access to Malwarebytes product and support.
DNA Connect will distribute the complete range of Malwarebytes next-generation cybersecurity solutions, which includes Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection, Incident Response and Endpoint Security. Malwarebytes services more than 60,000 businesses worldwide.
According to Malwarebytes A/NZ channel director Vikas Uberoy, the partnership is an exciting opportunity that aligns with its channel-first strategy.
“We are excited to partner with DNA Connect to bring our solutions to Australian businesses ranging in size from the mid-market to the enterprise. Malwarebytes started operating in Australia in late 2016 and we have quickly captured the attention of the business market through our simplicity and effectiveness. Our partners enjoy some of the most attractive margins in the industry and access to our monthly Pay-As-You-Go MSP pricing,” Uberoy comments.
DNA Connect brings more than 25 years’ experience in the distribution of security, analytics, and infrastructure technologies for the IT and OT markets.
“Malware dwell time is a significant issue for any organisation and re-imaging the infected endpoint is time consuming,” comments DNA Connect director Munsoor Khan.
‘Malwarebytes has changed this dynamic with protection, detection and remediation in one solution and is the undisputed leader in its field.
“It’s non-intrusive, easy to use and effective. Malwarebytes expands our security portfolio with world class endpoint protection in addition to SIEM, file, database and application protection, and DDoS,” Khan continues.
Uberoy adds that Malwarebytes’ products provides value to businesses who understand that a security breach can damage productivity, IP, revenue, and reputation.
“With DNA Connect’s technology ecosystem, we are confident they are the right partner to help us achieve our mission of helping businesses lead a malware-free existence,” Uberoy concludes.
Malwarebytes founder and CEO Marcin Kleczynski was recently named “CEO of the Year” in the Global Excellence awards and has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Rising Stars of Enterprise Technology list and the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award, adding those to an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
